The French were the first to recognize Israel. They were the first to take on Hitler. They helped us defeat the British in our war of independece. They told us to leave Veitnam to the communists, which we eventually did.

And they told us to stay out of Iraq if we didn't have to go in.

The French honor Arafat because he is a symbol of the plight of a displaced people that just want to go home. And if they can't go home, they want a place to call home.

You would think the Zionists would understand this.

This is so BIZARRE!

I don't know about recognizing Israel but, if that is true, isn't that a mortal sin in your book. As for taking on Hitler!?!?! Is throwing down your arms and turning over your women to be Nazi whores and becoming Vichy now considered "taking on?" Is that how we should "take on" the Islamo-Fascists? Does the term, "French surrender monkeys" mean anything to you?

Their alliance in our war of independence was based solely on their own war with the British and they threatened to go Communist if we didn't intervene in Indo-China - the exact opposite of warning us away. Where did the French tell us to leave Vietnam to the Communists? They blackmailed us to go in after Diembienphu

As for Arafat, who cares what kind of symbol he was. He was the ultimate stumbling block in the way of a state for the "Palestinian" people. He was the godfather of Islamic terrorism. This monstrous troll was the most evil, foul, vicious human being on the face of the Earth and if anybody had any doubts, his honoring by the Nobel committee and by The French should put them to rest! May his death have been filled with excruciating pain and may his afterlife be by the side of his God, Allah, rotting in Hell in eternal torment. The French honor him because he is the only filth on the planet that makes them look good by comparison.

It's okay.

I had gone out with him and another co-worker so Doug W. could generously treat us to a few beers with the money I owed him for losing the bet on the election. (Chris Moore, it's time to pay up!) Apparently, Doug chose to do a few postings instead of going to bed to sleep off the X beers he consumed. ;-)

That is very funny....and logical. Wait...you actually work with this guy!?

By the way..I get the feeling from reading some of the posts that you are about to enter into a state of matrimonial bliss. Little slow on the uptake these days. Good luck and god bless. :-)
