Another Activist Judge Sides With The ACLU

The ACLU (All Commies Love Us) brought a lawsuit on behalf of some seditious little shit who would not stand up for the Pledge of Allegiance in A Palm Beach, Florida high school. Last Thursday, a federal judge ruled with the ACLU.
We know that the ACLU hates America, but now we can add one Judge Kenneth Ryskamp to the list.
These rulings are so absurd. Let me lay it out. This is a government school. How can students and their Democrat parents expect that respect for the country will not be a part of the curriculum? And why should it not? The schools are supported by all taxpayers. Those taxpayers elect people to represent them. Those representatives make legislation regarding the running of the schools. The Florida legislature passed a law “that says the pledge needs to be recited at the beginning of the day at all elementary, middle and high schools.” This scumbag judge just legislated his own agenda from the bench. He is a rogue jurist.
This is not a free speech issue. The kid’s speech is not being curtailed. He is being told to stand up for the Pledge of Allegiance. He can keep his mouth shut. So, he hates the country. He can still be forced to show respect for the country that is providing him his education and for the rest of the members of the school.
I suppose that if a kid objects to whale hunting, his free speech rights are being violated if he is made to read “Moby Dick”.
This is just nuts.
If people don’t like the curriculum of the government schools, they should do the same thing that I advise that parents who don’t want their kids taught techniques of butt-fucking, or hatred for America do – get them the hell out of the government schools!
I’ll bet that this little fuck and his parents oppose school vouchers. Vouchers would allow them to take their education dollars and find a nice Marxist school for little Cameron. He could pledge allegiance to the glorious, workers revolution, read Howard Zinn’s twisted, hateful version of United States history, and grow up to be a good little Democrat.
But, choice is not the goal of these social transformers and their ACLU enablers. They want to transform the generic government schools into Communist indoctrination camps and force all our children to attend.
And judges like Ryskamp are helping to bring it about.
