Why Dems Fear Privitization

Why are the socialists so against allowing people to control their own retirement funds? For many reasons, this idea is repugnant to those who would rule, but I see one immediate reason for their resistance. If, the majority of the people, old, young, rich, poor, minority, male and female, legal and illegal depended on the success of American business for their security in their retirement years, the assaults on captalism that we see today would never be tolerated. We would never have seen the rape of the tobacco companies, the attack on Microsoft and the coming assault on the gun manufacturers if all people owned stock in these companies and were counting on the success of these companies for their very lives. The trial lawyers would be seen as the enemies that they are when they go to loot American businesses.

Likewise, we would see some tempering of the attacks on U.S. business by the enviro-wacko fringe. Suddenly, a cost-benefit analysis of their extortionous meddling would be demanded. Ditto OSHA, EEOC and ADA.

Basically, all Americans would become allies of business. We would all be stakeholders. Since economic freedom and capitalism are the rich nutrients of a thriving and prosperous economy, how could the Socialists garner votes by attacking U.S. business? The Demoncrat Party would cease to exist as we know it. The commies would have to shut their stinking mouths and work for a living like everybody else.
