Islamo-Nazi Will Use Jefferson's Koran

Now, Keith Ellison wants to use Thomas Jefferson's copy of the Koran to be sworn into congress. Maybe he thinks this makes it easier to swallow for normal Americans. Maybe he thinks we will be fooled into believing that Jefferson had anything but contempt for Islam.
Here's my question. If he wanted to be sworn in on a piece of shit, would it be okay if it was Thomas Jefferson's toilet paper?
