REAL Obstruction

Republicans in the House and Senate are pushing to get the REAL ID Act through Congress. The act includes provisions to fix and complete the border fence at Tijuana and to require states to verify citizenship in the issuance of driver licenses. While Americans in Congress fight Demoncrat obstruction, the state of Maryland is being targeted by reconquista groups for its license requirements that seek valid identification.
The usual fifth-columnists are mobilized and coordinated in opposition to those seeking to save our nation.
Even though the Demoncrats agreed in December that the Americans would be permitted to attach the license provision to a must-pass bill this year in exchange for watering down American defense at that time, a spokesman for Demoncrat Senate leader Harry Reid accuses them of trickery:
The fact of the matter is Republicans did this in a very tricky way," Reid Spokeswoman Fabiola Rodriguez-Ciampoli told The Associated Press. "They knew that if they included REAL ID in the [military spending bill], it would be very hard to strike it out.
I think the relevant question is…, Why must anyone be forced to “trickery” to pass a common-sense law to protect this country from terrorists? And, Why would Harry Reid want to “strike it out?” Did anyone ask Ms. Fabiola Rodriguez-Ciampoli these questions?
Meanwhile, “An immigration rights group says the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration is violating state law by denying driver's licenses to illegal aliens.” Shouldn’t that be “An illegal-immigration rights group? Here’s what Gustavo Torres, executive director of CASA of Maryland Inc., has to say:
"The MVA has absolutely no right to ask for people's Social Security number or immigration status to get a driver's license,"
They don’t???
CASA’s list of demands includes an end to requiring identification, and increased hiring of bilingual MVA workers to serve customers who do not speak English. So, they now have a jobs program for illegals; communicating with other illegals getting driver licenses.
Who are these traitors and why should anyone care about their demands?
The arrogance, the chutzpa, the idiocy of these treasonous scum….guarantee them an audience in the Demoncrat caucus.
I say check Mr. Gustavo Torres’ immigration status, and do it during an extended stay at Gitmo.
