And The Shits Just Keep On Coming

A republic, like any team comprised of many diverse human beings of many diverse perspectives, when confronted with a challenge must have leaders to make decisions.  In America we have a process to select those leaders.  Once that process has taken place, it is the duty of the opposition to support the decisions of those leaders while working to persuade the electorate of their superior policies in preparation for the next election.  To undermine the policies of the elected leadership is un-American.  To do it in wartime is treason.

Can anyone imagine a football team winning any game, ever, if the members of that team who did not agree with the quarterback’s call deliberately undermined the play?  Would an industry prosper if the workers, out of animus toward management, sabotaged the production line?  Could a business compete if its employees provided its marketing strategies to its competitors?

This is the situation that we find ourselves in today with the Democrat Party, the Left-leaning members of the populace and the traditional media.

Their candidate lost.

So, they have made a conscious decision to throw the game for their team; their republic, just from spite.  And the game they are willing to throw is the survival of modern western civilization itself.

Our elected officials have decided on a course of action to exact retribution and win victory over the monstrous, satanic death-cult that declared war on this country and punctuated that war with the barbaric acts of September 11, 2001.

As a direct result of these barbarous acts, an overwhelming majority of those duly elected leaders signed off on a war to depose Saddam Hussein, considering this goal as a pivotal strategy in the war against Islamo-fascism.

This is the decision that our elected leaders have made.

This decision was arrived at after over a year of painstaking deliberations.

All available information was provided to those decision makers.

Now our troops; our brave young men and women, have been dispatched to undertake this mission.

They have comported themselves with the utmost honor, skill and professionalism.

The enemy was dispatched with greater alacrity, fewer civilian causalities and a greater respect for the innocent peoples of the enemy country than has ever been exhibited in the history of human warfare.  In the course of freeing these people from one of the most brutal dictatorships in modern times, and in the aftermath of victory when we sought to establish the type of representative government to which all men are entitled, we lost over 2,000 extraordinary soldiers.

In light of these facts, the proper attitude of the entire whole of American society from the opposition party, to the individual citizens, to the American owned media is to wholeheartedly support the war effort.

Yet, that is not the case.

The leaders of the opposition party say that we will lose.  They accuse our leaders of lying.  They say that our soldiers are Nazis.  They say that our soldiers are terrorists and torturers.  They say that our military is broken.  They say we are just as bad as Saddam.  They say we have too many troops or we have too few troops.  They say we should leave at half-time.  They say we should surrender.

In half of my conversations with my fellow citizens I am told that the war is wrong, futile, embarrassing, stupid, foolish, it’s for oil, for empire and every other nefarious motive.

The American media seem to be in a race to provide propaganda points to the enemy as well as to expose top-secret missions crucial to our victory.  They trumpet every error, problem and setback while ignoring completely the astonishing accomplishments and progress.  They put the traitorous maunderings of the unknown John Murtha at the top of the fold on page one while putting a blackout on the pro-America , pro-victory and thoughtful editorial of Joe Lieberman; a distinguished, candidate for president of the same party.

Undermine, undermine, undermine.

All of this treason springs from the inability to accept the results of an election.

These people do not believe in government by the people and the concept of a republic.

They are fascists and traitors.

There is a rule of nature that the predator goes after the weak.  When the Islamo-fascist sees dissension, uncertainty, vacillation, calls for surrender, “peace” protests, vilification of the troops, calls in the senate for mild treatment of captured terrorists, leaks of top-secret operations, claims of lies from the leaders and all of the other manifestations of partisan politics taken to extremes, they see weakness.  Their determination to carry on the war is energized.  Their recruitment takes on a new vigor.  No one wants to join a lost cause.  Weakness in American resolve encourages the notion that their jihad is a winning cause.

I say this now.  John Kerry, John Murtha, Ted Kennedy, Dick Durbin, John McCain, Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi, most members of the mainstream media, and all “citizens” who participate in war protests, or contribute to such “anti-war” groups as moveon.org, ANSWER, …… oh, who can name them all, you are all traitors.  More than that, you all have the blood of American soldiers on your hands.  That’s right.  Can you wash off the blood of the fatherless children with electoral victory?  Howard Dean, how many will die for your assertion that the American military is broken?  You, sir are a murderer!  Kerry – how many will die because you say our soldiers terrorize -  murderer!   Murtha – how many will die because you say we should cut and run -  murderer!  Durbin – how many because you called our brave, decent American military, Nazis - murderer!  Go to the widows you scum!  Prostrate yourselves and beg forgiveness.  You have killed American soldiers just as if you had pulled the trigger yourselves.

When the leaders, elected by the American people, make the difficult and horrible decision to send our soldiers to war, you, as a citizen of the American republic, MUST support that war unconditionally.  If you undermine that policy, giving aid and comfort to the enemy, you are a TRAITOR.

Yes, I would like to see Kerry and his ilk in the congress, senate and media tried for treason, convicted and hanged!  The future will look on us poorly if we let this betrayal against all that is decent and good; against the painstaking, slow march of human liberty and civilization, go unpunished.  Such demonic transgressions against the very foundations of freedom and liberty must be met with uncompromising resistance whenever they pop out from their filthy, little totalitarian holes.

We don’t need to do anything new, the laws are there.  These people who turn on the team for shallow partisan advantage and the refusal to accept electoral defeat must be tried and executed!

Did I leave out Hollywood?
