South Africa Devolves Into Chaos. The Former Government is Blamed!

Listen to this comment from the current South African security minister in response to concern from the citizenry about the country's rampant rape, murder and general murderous chaos, "They can continue to whinge until they're blue in the face, be as negative as they want to, or they can simply leave this country so that all of the peace-loving South Africans, good South African people who want to make this a successful country, can continue with their work." Ha ha. Who would be left? Just the criminals and the government? A perfect Marxist paradise!
This scumbag says that people who complain about crime are unpatriotic! Well, actually, in a culture rooted in dark continent savagery, maybe it is as unpatriotic to complain about rape and murder as it is to complain about Capitalism here in America.
Anyway, the real laugh-riot, the joker of the deck is the opinion of the unnamed "experts." "Experts blame poverty, unemployment, overstretched police, and the legacy of white minority rule, which damaged the social structure of the black majority."
I thought that the removal of the apartheid government would bring paradise on Earth. What other people on this planet would fail to flourish with the removal of outsider oppression? How fragile is the "social structure" of the black majority that, with removal of the white rule, it devolves into savagery?
The fact is that the only time and place in the history of the dark continent that was free of savagery and chaos was South Africa under white rule, Rhodesia under white rule and any other place that existed, however fleetingly, under white rule.
Yet, the experts that were dredged up for their opinions mouthed the familiar Communist platitudes of "poverty", "unemployment", "colonialism" etc. etc.
Is there the slightest possibility that the chaos and breakdown of all civilized norms is the result of rule being handed down from enlightened white civilization to governance by Marxist savages????
Nah, couldn't be.
