Charges Dismissed!

Judge Pamela Dembe of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas has dismissed charges against the Christians who were arrested in Philadelphia for demonstrating against Outfest, a celebration of deviancy.
It's too bad this egregious law is still on the books, but Judge Dembe's commonsense repudiation of this legal abuse should pull some of its teeth while administering a well-deserved slap in the face to one Judge William Austin Meehan, who allowed this case to go forward.
So, as Judge Meehan nurses his red cheek, let's join the victims of this travesty in a big Smile! Smile! Smile!
