Two State Courts Reject Attempted Judicial End-Run on "Gay" Marriage

July 6, 2006

By Douglas B. Wakeman

The state courts of New York and Georgia ruled that a right to same-sex marriage cannot be found anywhere in their states' constitutions.  The radical fags tried their usual fascist tactic of bypassing the will of the people, as expressed through their elected legislatures, and went crying to the courts.  Unfortunately for these deviant freaks, they ran up against non-leftwing-activists!  That's right. they got normal jurists who know what their position is in this country.  Boo hoo.  Poor babies.

If you're not smiling yet, listen to this!  A dissenting judge, with no attempt at irony, gave away the judicial activist playbook.  "Chief Judge Judith Kaye said the court failed to uphold its responsibility to correct inequalities when it decided to simply leave the issue to lawmakers."  Ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!  This is the chief justice!  And she actually believes that it is the court's responsibility to "correct inequalities!"  Where do these ignoramuses go to school these days???  And, "simply leave the issue to lawmakers!!!"  Obviously, she thinks that the peoples' elected legislators are just place-holders, waiting for elitist idiots like her to make the final law; to "correct inequalities."

Anyway, this fucking bitch, this scum-sucking dog, this robed, tyrannical, commie dirtbag, can go whining and crying at the injustice of it all while we normal Americans can smile, smile, smile!
