First Step in Tort Reform!

The senate passed some tort reform today!  The Demoncrats filibustered it last session because they are whores to the slip-and-fall trial lawyers lobby, but the American people in their wisdom have rejected the demoncrat platform and they could no longer obstruct this commonsense measure.

This is going to the house where it will be easily passed and then signed by the president.  No longer will these leeches and parasites of the bar be able to blackmail American businesses with the threat of huge awards for minimally smaller settlements.  And as an added blessing, no longer will they have these huge sums to contribute to the Demoncrat Party!  Ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

This is just another demonstration of how loss of power leads to more loss of power for this party that is inimical to our freedoms.  May it play out similarly in judicial appointments.

So, as the Dems cry in their latte...Smile! Smile! Smile!
