Norton Picnic - April 17, 2005

Steve hasn't taken the Trident out since I been back. Greg's BSA at the Morristown meet. Steve and I met Greg and Roger at the Morristown Green.  It was still chilly. Roger and his deceptively muscular 1100 cubes!  He resists showing off on the road.

Greg in Morristown.  The town was pretty quiet at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. All 4 at the first gas stop.   Y-Block fiddled with a short on the Trident. Greg, old friend, BSA and Road King at Washington Crossing Historic Park in PA. A real treat and surprise to see John Schoeller at the park.  This is a riding and drinking pal from 30 years ago.

Unbelievable!  John still has his Bonneville, like it was bought yesterday. John and Greg. John, Steve, Freddy After a stop at Piper Tavern, we made it to the beer-free picnic.  This is Steve's 'Dent and John's Bonneville.

Geggy's Beezer at the picnic. Well, I was there too.  Joyce couldn't make it.  MS Charity Walk that day. Why so many Nortons?  Is that Geggy down there?. Fooled ya!  This is how the Washington Crossing meeting looked last year WHEN WE GOT THERE TOO LATE!.

The route.  Pinkish-red is the way there, orange-red is the route home.
