This is my own interpretation. It's a little easier to play
it in B instead of Bb because then you can bar it at the 2nd
fret and use the open E. In Bb, you need to play it
at the 6th fret to more easily get to the Eb but it sounds
better in the other position. Anyway, I think Cash played it
in Bb. Try to mute it at the bridge and play alternating
bass notes with a double strum in between.
